Course Overview

This online MSc Human Resource Management programme is designed to support you in developing a long-lasting and successful career in HR while continuing in full-time employment. Accredited against the CIPD Advanced Level qualification, it enables you to work towards Chartered CIPD membership alongside gaining a Master’s degree. You will develop a robust understanding of the major conceptual and applied issues shaping contemporary HR practice. The programme addresses key aspects of HR, including resourcing and talent management, human resource development, employment law, international HR Management (HRM) and strategic people management. You will also study People Management Skills and Behaviours, enhancing your competence and confidence as a leader, colleague, decision-maker and HR specialist.
