New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering (NMITE)

NMITE (New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering) is a new university focused on integrated engineering education, founded in 2017 in Hereford. It pioneered a unique three-year accelerated MEng programme with no traditional lectures — instead using project-based learning, industry challenges, and team-based work. NMITE accepts students without A-Level Maths or Physics, focusing on motivation and problem-solving aptitude. Highly distinctive curriculum and small cohort sizes.
