Course Overview

Offered by Queen Mary University of London, the PhD Film provides a comprehensive postgraduate education in media and communication. this Russell Group university offers a research-led approach to learning, with a 3-year full-time and part-time structure. Research in Film at QMUL is organised into four main areas, the Centre for Film and Ethics, Film Cultures, Film Philosophy, and Film Practice. A minimum ielts score of 7.0 is required for admission. Graduates from this programme benefit from strong career prospects, with a median graduate salary of £25,000 within three years, and 75% of graduates in employment or further study.
