LLM Master of Laws

The LLM Master of Laws program at the University of East Anglia is designed to deepen students’ understanding of the law in its variety of contexts. It allows students to choose from a wide range of modules, covering numerous aspects of law from different perspectives. The program offers a high degree of flexibility and encourages students to develop their research skills in their chosen areas of interest.Course Content: The course provides deep understanding and insight into how law functions in its social, economic, and political contexts. Students will study subjects in detail such as criminal law, commercial law, corporate finance law, environmental law, and many more. The program also enables students to acquire high-level skills in research, analysis, critical evaluation, and communication which are valuable in all settings and are highly regarded by employers.Key Modules: Some of the modules offered include Intellectual Property Law, Gender Sexuality and Law, Climate Change Law and Policy, International Criminal Law ,Internet Law and Regulation, and many more. Each module will delve into the intricacies of its subject, providing a detailed and in-depth understanding.Future Careers: Graduates of the LLM Master of Laws program will be equipped for a variety of career paths. These can include roles in international law firms, international organisations, governmental and non-governmental organisations.
