LLM International Commercial and Business Law

The International Commercial and Business Law LLM at The University of East Anglia offers an in-depth understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of transnational business activity. Spanning areas from public to private international law and beyond, it aims to prepare students to deal with legal matters arising from commercial activities in an international setting.Course Content: The course covers a wide range of areas that progressively build your knowledge and pertinent skills. These include foundational concepts, advanced understanding, and application of legal thought. Additionally, the course teaches students the impact of law on business operations in an international setting. Key Modules: The programme includes important modules such as International Commercial Arbitration, International Business Transactions, International Regulation of Shipping, International Trade Law, Law and Business Ethics, and International Intellectual Property Law.
