The Health and Social Care Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Anglia Ruskin University is a full-time, 12-month programme designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to confront and resolve complex and fast-changing situations in health and social care. It is suitable for senior employees looking to move up in their careers or for managers aspiring to higher roles in health and social care settings.Course Content: The programme consists of a thorough exploration of key management, leadership and strategic concepts, supplemented with detailed examination of health and social care environments. The course seeks to foster the strategic mindset required to engage with and shape the evolving landscape of health and social care. It emphasizes practical problem-solving and offers opportunities for networking and sharing of best practices among peers.Key Modules: Key modules that students will take include Strategic Management, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Financial Analysis and Control, Human Resources Management, and Leadership Ethics. There is also a Major Project tailored to health and social care management.Accreditations: The Anglia Ruskin’s MBA Health and Social Care course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
