BSc Hons Finance with Economics

The BSc (Hons) Finance with Economics course at Anglia Ruskin University provides a comprehensive understanding of the evolution, theories and techniques in both finance and economics. It is a full-time course, designed to give students an understanding of the role of finance in the economy, and the confidence to work in areas such as banking, financial services and accountancy.Course Content: This course will make students understand the importance of finance to our economy and society. They will also understand the working and importance of our financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies. Furthermore, this course will expose students to real-life situations and give them the analytical capabilities to solve challenges encountered. Key Modules: Some of the key modules that students will study include Foundations of Economics, Financial Markets and Institutions, International Business Economics, Corporate Finance, and Investment Management. Accreditations: The BSc (Hons) Finance with Economics degree is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). As a result, our students are eligible for valuable exemptions from their professional exams.Future Careers: Upon graduation, students will have the confidence and knowledge to work in areas such as banking, real estate, the civil service, financial services, accountancy, and other public or private sector organizations.
