BA (Hons) Interior Design

The BA (Hons) Interior Design course at the University of Gloucestershire encourages students to explore, develop and test their creativity within a stimulating design studio environment. The program is designed to equip future professionals with the practical and technical skills required to succeed in the interior design industry.Course Content: The program covers all aspects of interior design, including residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality projects. Students will develop a rich understanding of materials, color theory, rendering and sketching skills, building construction and regulations, professional practice, and three-dimensional and digital design.Key Modules: The course includes modules such as Interiors: Perception and Meaning, Concept Design, Technical Design, Professional Practice, Theory into Practice, and Major Project.Accreditations: The course is accredited by the Chartered Society of Designers (CSD) and provides eligibility for student membership while studying.Future Careers: Graduates of the program find successful careers as interior designers, brand and retail designers, workspace designers, exhibition designers, or set and production designers.
