The History and Theology joint honours course is an opportunity to explore the world from different perspectives offered by the University of Birmingham. This course allows you to study the past and the nature of existence side by side in a program that will develop your understanding of human behaviour and society.Course Content: The program equips you with subjects like the histories of race, gender, religion, and the relationships between diverse cultures and societies of different periods and regions. You will have opportunities to study topics as various as the Crusades, American Civil Rights, atheism, and Buddhism. Key Modules: Students will also have the chance to choose from a wide range of subjects to study and topics to research based on their interests and career aspirations. From the nature of God to the Holocaust, historical memory, biblical languages, and the philosophy of religion, you'll be able to customize this course to suit your interests and career aspirations.Future Careers: A degree in History and Theology sets you up for a wide range of careers.
