Course Content: The course aims to cover the relationship between the economics, planning and development of properties, with an emphasis on sustainability and urban regeneration. The curriculum combines the study of urban theory, policy practice and skills development, with a core focus on the issues and methods of property economics and finance, urban planning practice and process, urban design and sustainability. Students can also apply for student membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
