The Occupational Psychology MSc offered by the University of Sheffield is an intensive, full-time course that covers the full breadth of occupational psychology, including the psychology of leadership and team performance, work motivation and satisfaction, assessment and selection of staff, processes of organisational change, work-related stress, and the impacts of unemployment and job loss.
