This course, with a year-long study abroad term in a partner university in China, truly internationalizes the legal students' credentials.Course Content: The course provides a solid foundation in the key principles and methodologies of Law, as well as the specialist knowledge of Chinese Law required for your future career. Core legal subjects are studied, including Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Land Law. The course exceptionally covers Chinese Law modules for a comprehensive understanding. These include the Chinese legal system, civil law, business law, and human rights law in the PRC. A core module on the Chinese language provides linguistic fluency.Key Modules: The first two years of the programme cover foundational subjects of Law and Criminal Law, Land Law and Law of Trusts. In your third year in China, you will study Chinese law, focusing on civil law, commercial law, and the legal system, together with the Chinese language.
