The Mental Health in Children and Young People is a Master's level course offered by Leeds Trinity University. These initial modules provide detailed knowledge about the causes, diagnosis, treatments and prevention techniques of various mental disorders in children and adolescents. The 'Clinical Skills and Therapeutic Interventions in Child and Adolescent Mental Health' module teaches methods of developing therapeutic relationships with young people and their families and provides critical knowledge about evidence-based clinical practice. The 'Service Development and Leadership' module is designed to enhance leadership skills and promote service development in child and adolescent mental health services.
