The BA (Hons) Creative Media programme at Plymouth University is a multi-disciplinary course that gives students the opportunity to create and develop innovative media products. The programme provides students with the technical skills, industry knowledge, and practical experience needed to launch a successful career in the media industry. Course Content: The course combines a variety of modules that allow students to explore various media forms including film, television, radio, and digital media. Students will also have the opportunity to take advantage of the University's industry-standard facilities, to gain experience using professional media equipment. Students will explore both practical and theoretical aspects of the media industry, developing critical skills in analysis, research and problem-solving.Key Modules: Some of the key modules that students will study include Theorising Media, Introduction to Digital Media, TV and Radio Production, Single Camera Drama, and Media Law and Ethics.Future Careers: Graduates from this course can move onto roles such as TV or radio presenter, producer, director, scriptwriter, digital marketer, social media manager, and multimedia specialist.
