The Sport Psychology BSc (Hons) program at Liverpool Hope University focuses on understanding the psychological factors that affect performance in sport. The course combines the study of theoretical concepts in sports psychology with the practical skills necessary to enhance sports performance.Course Content: The curriculum includes elements of physiology and biomechanics, as well as the study of motivations, mental skills techniques, the links between stress, anxiety, self-confidence and sports performance. Students will also explore various concepts related to sports injuries, rehabilitation and the psychological impact of such injuries.
