BA (Hons) Marketing

The Business Management and International Relations course at Liverpool Hope University is a multi-disciplinary program designed to equip students with a blend of business acumen, global perspective, and cultural awareness. The aim is to prepare students for leadership roles in internationally-oriented organizations by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of managing businesses globally, along with the political, economic, and legal structures within which businesses operate internationally.Course Content: The program is divided into two main aspects; Business Management and International Relations. The Business Management curriculum explores strategic decision-making and the operational business functions of sales, operations management, human resources, and marketing. The International Relations part of the program focuses on introducing students to the increasingly globalized world around them, examining international politics, diplomacy, conflict resolution and more. Key Modules: Key modules include International Marketing Strategy, International Supply Chain Management, Comparative Politics, International organizations, Diplomacy and Foreign Policy, and Contemporary International Relations Theories. Accreditations: The degree program is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), which means that students are eligible for a CMI Diploma Level 5 in Management & Leadership upon successful completion of their degree. Future Careers: The program aims to prepare students for future careers in a wide array of international roles, including Diplomacy, NGO leadership, International Consultancy, International Journalism, and Policy analysis roles.
