The Contemporary Craft and Music Course at Liverpool Hope University is a unique program that blends the artistic disciplines of craft and music. This course is designed to allow students to explore how these two creative fields connect and interact. Course Content: Throughout this course, students will be given the opportunity to both create and perform, developing their skills in several craft practices and exploring a range of musical styles. They will engage with the hybrid nature of craft-music practices, work on several public exhibitions and performances, and undertake a self-led final project. Key Modules: This course includes key modules such as Basics of Music, Craft Practices, Learning to Speak Craft, Applied Music Skills, The Shape of Craft, Final Project, and Performance Project.Future Careers: Upon completion of this course, students will be well-prepared for a career in a number of different fields, such as creative industries, teaching, music performance, museum and gallery work, community arts, and art therapy.For more information on this course, please visit the official course page.-
