It covers performance spaces, the changing nature of acting styles, practical skills like voice and movement, technical theatre such as lighting and sound, and theatre history, narrative structures and dramaturgy, contemporary theatre practices, theatre for diverse audiences, and contemporary theatre making. The course also allows for direct contact with range of theatre practitioners, directors, actors, and playwrights.Key Modules: The key modules included in this program are Performance 1 and 2, Theatre Studies 1 and 2, Theatre Making (based on Directing, Applied Theatre, and Playwriting), and Independent Study (an extended study of the student's choice guided by a supervisor).Future Careers: This course equips students with a wide range of transferable skills, making them highly employable.
