Beng Electrical and Electronic Engineering

The Electrical and Electronic Engineering BEng degree at the University of Southampton is a three-year, full-time undergraduate course. It's a multidisciplinary course, offering students a deep understanding of how to build and design innovative electrical and electronic systems. Course Content: The course starts with a grounding in the crucial aspects of modern electrical and electronic engineering, including computer engineering and semiconductor devices, digital system design, electromagnetism, and semiconductors. As the student progresses throughout the course, it combines traditional teaching with hands-on projects which are designed to help the students to apply their knowledge in real-world situations. The programme concludes with an individual project that allows the students to do research into a specialist area of their choice.
