BSc (Hons) Management and Human Resources (Study Abroad)

The BSc Hons Management and Human Resources (Study Abroad) is a three-year full-time course offered by Lancaster University. It equips students with the essential knowledge and skills relevant to management and human resources, providing opportunities for students to apply their learning in practical settings. The third year of the program is a study-abroad year, allowing students to expand their global perspective and gain valuable international experience.Course Content: The course includes comprehensive theoretical learning and practical application across a wide range of topics within management and human resources. The first year will introduce students to basic concepts in business, management and human resources. In the second year, students delve deeper into specific aspects including Employment Relations, International Business Environment, and Organisational Behaviour. The third year is a comprehensive study-abroad year with a partner university.Key Modules: Some of the key modules include Principles of Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Management and Entrepreneurial Skills, Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, and International Business Environment among others.Accreditations: This course has been developed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), ensuring students are equipped with skills and knowledge that are valued by employers. Successful completion of the course results in an Advanced Level 7 CIPD Diploma in HRM in addition to the BSc degree.Future Careers: Graduates of this program find their careers in various fields within human resources and management.
