The Business Analytics & Industry (BSc Hons) is a three-year course offered by Lancaster University. It is a collaborative course with Columbia University that mixes the strengths of both institutions, combining statistical data analysis with business knowledge. Course Content: This course is designed with a strong foundation in the basic theories supporting analytics and the relevance of these theories to practical applications. In each academic year, students will be required to take a certain number of modules from a menu of options. The first two years of the programme are spent in Lancaster, learning about statistical data analysis and its business applications. The third year is a year of paid industry placement, offering students the opportunity to apply their skills in the real world business environment.
