The Master of Arts in Screen Acting and Performance at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) is an intensive one-year postgraduate course. This course is specialized for actors who aspire to transition to screen acting from theater, or those who have studied drama and wish to broaden their skills in screen performance. Course Content: This MA course combines practical screen acting work, including a short filmed project that's designed to be entered in international film festivals. In addition, it will familiarize students with the processes of film production, cultivating an understanding of the roles and methodologies involved. An integral part of the course is the development of strategies to promote oneself in the industry, with focus on the creation and marketing of an actor’s showreel.
