MSc Logistics & Operations Management

The Logistics and Operations Management MSc is a full-time, one-year postgraduate course offered by Cardiff University. This program provides students with an opportunity to focus on various aspects of logistics and operations management, giving them the skills and knowledge they need to excel in this field.Course Content: The course covers comprehensive topics on all aspects of logistics and operations management. Students will study compulsory modules, and will also have a choice of elective modules based on their personal interests and career focuses. Key Modules: The essential modules include Operations Management, International Transport and Logistics, Lean Operations, Business Analytics and Decision Analysis. However, the program also offers elective modules like Quality Management, Strategic Marketing and International Business.Accreditations: The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). After students have completed the course, they will have full exemption from the education requirements for Chartered Membership status of the CILT, and a maximum of four exemptions from the education requirements for MCIPS status.Future Careers: This course prepares students for various roles in logistics and supply chain management.
