MSc Clinical Anatomy

The Clinical Anatomy MSc course at Queen's University Belfast is designed to provide you with an advanced understanding of the anatomy of the human body. The full-time 1-year program or the part-time 3-year program is ideal for those interested in furthering their studies or those who work in a professional discipline which requires an advanced knowledge of clinical anatomy.Course Content: The program aims to provide you with an advanced understanding of normal gross human anatomy. Students will focus on the principles of clinical anatomy and the practical skills required to perform dissections and prosections of parts of a human body.Key Modules: This Clinical Anatomy programme consists of seven compulsory modules: Research Methods in Biomedical Sciences, Introduction to Anatomy, Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Anatomy of the Head, Neck and Trunk, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Anatomy, Abdominal and Pelvic Anatomy, and Dissertation in Clinical Anatomy.Accreditations: The course is accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).Future Careers: Through completion of this course, you will be well prepared for a career in hospital sciences, teaching, or to proceed to further postgraduate study.
