The Public History MA at Queen's University Belfast is an innovative, flexible course that explores the methods of sharing historical insights with the public, both inside and outside the academic sphere. This full-time, one-year course, also available as a part-time option over two years, uses case studies, placements, and applied project modules to equip students with the tools needed to elucidate the past.Course Content: The course content includes various study modules that provide contextual knowledge and skill training. The taught modules offer students the opportunity to explore both the theory and practice of public history, with a focus on the employment of audio-visual and digital technologies.
