LLM Law

The LLM Law course offered by Queen's University Belfast is a postgraduate program that provides students with an opportunity to expand their understanding of law broadly in the international and commercial sectors. This flexible program allows students to select modules that best suit their interests and career goals.Course Content: The LLM Law course allows students to design their own program of study from the range of modules available. Students can tailor their studies to their own interests or career goals; for instance, they can choose to focus on Human Rights Law, Commercial Law, or International Law among others. Full-time students should be prepared for intensive study, whilst part-time students will need to manage their study time effectively amidst other commitments.Key Modules: The course includes modules of International Business Law, Human Rights and Criminal Justice, Criminology, and European Law, among others. Some of the other modules include Gender, Sexuality and Law, Law of the Seas, Issues in Intellectual Property Law, etc. It also includes a module on dissertation.Accreditations: This course is recognized by the Joint Academic Stage Board of Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and The Bar Standards Board as a Qualifying Law Degree.Future Careers: A LLM Law degree from Queen's University Belfast provides a solid foundation for students pursuing a wide range of professions.
