BSc Physics with FRENCH

The BSc in Physics with French at Queen's University Belfast is a composite degree programme, providing students with the knowledge and skills of Physics, combined with the understanding and ability to communicate in French. This programme also entails a compulsory international period of study, where students spend time in a French-speaking region to experience living and working there, thereby enhancing their intercultural understanding, awareness, and resourcefulness.Course Content: The course involves a wide-ranging exploration of physics, from understanding the universe on a cosmological scale to examining the quantum world. The programme combines the core concepts of physics with a comprehensive instruction in French, enabling students to tackle physical sciences concepts in both languages.Key Modules: Students study modules on Physical Foundations, Astrophysics, Thermal Physics, Mathematical Physics, Classical Mechanics and Fields, Quantum Mechanics and Atom Physics, Solid State Physics, Quantum Matter and Particles, and Nuclear Physics.
