The Pharmaceutical Sciences BSc at Queen's University Belfast is a course designed to give students an insight into the world of medications and the science behind them. It will equip students with a strong foundation in the sciences relating to medicines, including the design, development, analysis, and delivery of drugs for therapeutic use. Course Content: The course involves a mixture of modules related to pharmacy and other related sciences. It includes practical laboratory-based sessions, coupled with lectures, tutorials and workshops. Students are also given work placements in a variety of pharmaceutical settings.Key Modules: Modules in this course include Pharmaceutical Formulation, Quality Assurance and Drug Development, Pharmacology, Medical Microbiology, and Research Project in Pharmaceutical Sciences.Accreditations: This course is recognized by The Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
