The BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast provides an in-depth knowledge of aerospace systems, skills in design and development, and insights into the latest in aerospace technology. The degree programme addresses the needs of the modern aerospace industry by considering not only jet-powered craft, but also aircraft that employ novel forms of propulsion, such as electric and environmentally friendly power technologies.Course Content: Throughout the course, students will cover topics such as Fluid Mechanics, Control Systems and Modelling, Thermodynamics and Propulsion, Manufacturing Technology and Materials, Aircraft Structures and Aerodynamics, and Aircraft Design and Performance.
