The Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) course at Queen's University Belfast is an interdisciplinary programme that tackles real-world problems by combining tools from the three disciplines. Students will be exposed to an international perspective, studying the interconnectedness of today's global society.Course Content: The PPE course is divided into stages. In stage one, students gain a solid foundation in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, studying core concepts and theories. In stage two, students choose modules that focus on their areas of interest, allowing them to specialize in one discipline or continue with a balanced approach across all three. The final stage provides an opportunity for students to integrate the knowledge and skills they have gained to investigate complex problems that cross conventional boundaries.Key Modules: This course includes compulsory modules such as Politics and Philosophy of Economics, Northern Ireland: A Case study, Evidence and Argument, International Relations, and Managing Public Money among others.
