The LLM Advanced Legal Studies course offered by the University of Reading provides students with critical understanding of how law relates to society, culture, politics and power both within the UK and in an international context. Encouraging further specialisation and providing an advanced legal qualification, the course enables students to broaden and deepen their existing knowledge of law, develop advanced legal research skills, and meet the entry requirements for the PhD in Law.Course Content: The course entails exploring how law interacts with and affects the world at social, economic, and political levels.
