BSc Building Surveying with International Foundation Year

The BSc Building Surveying International Foundation Programme at the University of Reading is a course designed for international students who hold high school qualifications that are not at a suitable level for direct entry to an undergraduate degree course. This inclusive study programme, beginning in September, aims to provide a professional education in surveying grounded in the disciplines of economics, law, technology and management.Course Content: The coursework initially covers a foundation level introduction to the English legal system and construction law, along with real estate appraisal and management. Students will then dive deeper into building surveying, design principles, economics, technology, construction management and more.
