The BSc Building Surveying International Foundation Programme at the University of Reading is a course designed for international students who hold high school qualifications that are not at a suitable level for direct entry to an undergraduate degree course. This inclusive study programme, beginning in September, aims to provide a professional education in surveying grounded in the disciplines of economics, law, technology and management.Course Content: The coursework initially covers a foundation level introduction to the English legal system and construction law, along with real estate appraisal and management.
