BA (Hons) Law

The Law course offered by the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) is an undergraduate program providing students with an informed, critical and applied understanding of legal issues, in local and global contexts. It exposes students to a wide range of legal fields and encourages critical understanding and applied knowledge.Course Content: The course focuses on areas such as business law, criminal law, human rights law, European law and public law. It covers topics including contracts, crimes and tort, the system of courts in Scotland, the sources and institutions of the European Union law, and international Human Rights law.
