MChem (Hons) Chemistry, Biological and Medicinal Chemistry (with a year in industry)

The MChem Chemistry (for the Biological or Medicinal Industry) is a four-year undergraduate program offered by the University of York. It combines rigorous training in chemistry with a focus on its application in the biological and medicinal industries. This course also provides a year-long industrial placement to gain professional experience.Course Content: The program covers chemical principles, physical and inorganic chemistry, synthetic and analytical chemistry, along with modules specifically dedicated to organic chemistry for the biological and medicinal fields.
