BSc (Hons) Physics with Astrophysics (with a year in industry)

The BSc Physics and Astrophysics with a Year in Industry program offered by the University of York allows students to study fundamental and applied physics, and gain insights on stars, galaxies, and the universe. This course also includes spending a year working in the industry to gain practical experience. Course Content: Students begin by studying fundamental topics in physics and mathematics. Over the course, they delve into observational astronomy, stellar and galactic investigation, and cosmology. The broad-ranging program also includes a research-focused final year project.
