The Smart Buildings and Digital Engineering MSc at UCL focuses on providing the knowledge and skills required to deal with the challenges of the transformation towards smart buildings as part of future sustainable city developments. This course aims at preparing leaders to follow careers in various sectors including investment, design, project management, and operational running of buildings.Course Content: Students will learn through modules that range from Sustainable Building Services to Case Studies in Digital Engineering and Smart Buildings. The course curriculum has been designed to not only develop students’ skills and knowledge in smart buildings but also to consider the wider environmental issues within sustainable development.Key Modules: Some of the distinct modules offered as part of this program include Smart Buildings and Controls, Sustainable Building Services, Case Studies in Digital Engineering and Smart Buildings, Decision Making for Built Environment Investment, and Environmental Systems.
