The Project and Enterprise Management MSc is a one-year, full-time course offered by University College London (UCL). This dynamic course aims at developing the understanding, knowledge and skills of students interested in the project-based sectors. It provides an extensive and detailed examination of project and enterprise activities across various contexts. Course Content: The program includes modules that focus on topics such as risk management, economics, innovation, entrepreneurship, project controls, leadership and team management, technology, and international business strategy.
