MSc Construction Economics and Management

The Construction Economics and Management MSc at UCL provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the management and economics of the construction industry. Course Content: The course covers a wide range of topics including project management, business management, and values management. Students are exposed to emerging topics such as sustainability, risk management, and innovative construction techniques. Key Modules: The four main components of the course are Construction Technology, Business Economics, Project Management and Resource Management. Other modules include Construction Economics, Project and Enterprise Management and Decision-making, Value and Risk. These are supplemented by expert guest lectures from industry professionals.Accreditations: The course is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
