Mres Child Health

The Child Health MRes course at UCL (University College London) is aimed at equipping students with extensive knowledge and understanding related to child health. This full-time or flexible part-time program delivers a unique blend of taught components, independent study, and research, in a world-leading environment. Course Content: Broadly, the course encompasses modules on research methodologies, scientific basis of child health, specialist teaching in a diverse range of child health topics, and a significant research project. Specifically, it encompasses the study of academic paediatrics, genetics, development, and ageing, multidisciplinary child health research, among others.Key Modules: Some of the core modules include Foundations of Biomedical Sciences, Homeostasis, Infection, Systems Neuroscience, and Synthesising Written Information About Medicines for Patients.Accreditations: Students undertaking this course will earn a Master of Research (MRes) degree from UCL upon completion.Future Careers: Graduates can leverage this course to pursue a career in child health related academic research or a related field.
