MA Educational Leadership (Pre-service)

The University College London (UCL) offers a graduate taught degree program in Educational Leadership (Pre-Service) MA. This course is designed to equip students with skills to become effective educational leaders and change agents in education systems around the world. Course Content: This course offers a thorough understanding of leadership and management theory, policy initiatives and the international literature on leadership. It provides students with opportunities to apply their learning through school-based tasks and to support colleagues within their school to improve teaching and learning. The study consists of six core modules and two optional modules.Key Modules: The core modules include Leading Educational Change and Improvement, Transformational Leadership and Learning, Evidence-Informed Policy and Practice, Understanding Research, A Social Justice Approach to Achievement and Inclusion: School & Classroom Approaches, and a Dissertation/Report.
