The Education and International Development MA at UCL explores the role of education in economic, political and socio-cultural development. The course combines the study of education with a strong focus on developing countries, aiming to stimulate critical understanding and consideration of international development issues.Course Content: The course introduces students to a range of international development perspectives, through a variety of compulsory and optional modules. These include theories of development, and related fields such as globalization, social inequality, and the role of non-state and international development organizations.
