BA Serbian/Croatian and Spanish

The Serbian/Croatian and Spanish BA degree offered by University College London provides students with the opportunity to learn two widely spoken European languages and to gain deep insights into the history, literature, cinema and linguistics of the Balkans and Spain. In the second and final year, there is in-depth study of chosen aspects of the literature, history, and culture of the respective regions. Furthermore, a period of residence abroad in a country where the chosen languages are spoken is an important feature of the course. Key Modules: The course includes core modules such as Serbo-Croatian Language, South Slavonic Literature, Spanish Language, Introduction to Modern Spain, Introduction to Spanish American Literature among others. Future Careers: This course prepares students for a broad range of careers.
