The Scandinavian Studies and History BA is a full-time, four-year undergraduate degree program offered by UCL (University College London). The course provides a unique opportunity to engage with the cultures, histories and languages of the Nordic region while also enjoying a broad and flexible study of the past.Course Content: The course is divided into four years of study. The first year provides a broad introduction to Scandinavian history and culture, before setting off for a year abroad in the second year to deepen language skills and cultural understanding. In the third year, students come back to UCL to delve into specialized aspects of Scandinavian history while also enjoying a wide choice of history modules.
