    The BA Romanian and Yiddish course at University College London (UCL) is an extraordinary opportunity for students to study two distinctive cultures: the Romanian and the Jewish. The course is made up of four years inclusive of a year abroad, that enables students to develop competence in Romanian and Yiddish language, literature, and civilization.

    Course Content: The BA Romanian and Yiddish course curriculum combines rigorous language training with an in-depth study of Romanian and Jewish culture, history, and literature. Students will learn extensively about their selected subjects, including opportunities to explore their desired areas in-depth with optional modules. There's also an option to take an interdepartmental course in another subject in the second and final years of the course. The third year of the course is spent studying, working, or teaching abroad.
