BA Hebrew and Norwegian

The Hebrew and Norwegian BA course at UCL is a four-year, full-time undergraduate program that allows students to learn Hebrew and Norwegian languages in an in-depth manner. The course offers a wide range of modules as well as studying abroad opportunities, making it a holistic program that combines language proficiency with cultural understanding.Course Content: The course includes both Hebrew and Norwegian language modules which are designed to cater for beginners, intermediates and advanced learners with separate classes. For Hebrew, students will explore the modern language through various periods of its development. Norwegian section includes understanding and interpretation of Norwegian texts. Students in their second year have opportunities to study abroad in Israel or Norway. Key Modules: While specific modules are not listed, opportunities for specialization and to deepen individual interests are offered in the third and fourth years through a chosen pathway.
