BA Danish and German

The Danish and German BA degree at University College London is a four-year programme that offers students an opportunity to learn and master the languages and cultures of Denmark and German-speaking countries. Students get the chance to experience life in these countries through a year abroad experience. Course Content: The course offers the learning of Danish and German languages from beginner's level to advanced, alongside studying the cultures, literatures, philosophies, and histories of Denmark and German-speaking countries. The first two years focus on language development and introducing cultural studies, while the third year is spent abroad to help improve language skills and cultural understanding. The final year allows students to specialize in areas of interest.
