The English and Creative Writing Undergraduate degree at Royal Holloway, University of London is offered on a full-time and part-time basis, with students having the opportunity to widen their understanding of critical theory, improvise their narrative voices, and cultivate their skills as writers while exploring a wide range of literary texts from different periods and cultures.Course Content: The course combines traditional lectures with a large amount of individual tuition and group workshops. Students will study contemporary literature in the first year as a foundation, and then build on it by studying literature from the medieval period to the present day. In the third year, the choice extends to literature from around the world.
