LLM in Comparative Commercial Law

The LLM Master of Laws course offered by BPP University is a postgraduate law program that provides students with the opportunity to design their own programme structure, allowing them to focus on EU Commercial law or International Trade and Commercial law or mix options from both coursework. The study mode is flexible where one can choose between online and on-campus mode. This course further develops the student's ability to use critical analysis, handle complex situations and construct compelling arguments. Course Content: The course is divided into two sections: Seven legal research skills workshops and a dissertation on a chosen area of law. Students can opt to earn a General LLM by selecting any six options or achieve a specialized LLM by selecting four options from the paired specialisms and write a dissertation on a topic related to that specialism.Key Modules: Core units include Contract Law, EU Competition Law, and Corporate Governance.
