BSc (Hons) Economics with Politics

BSc Economics with Politics is a full-time undergraduate degree offered by the University of Bath. This course helps students understand the theories at the heart of economic and political thinking and apply these views to contemporary policy issues. The course encourages developing quantitative and qualitative research skills.Course Content: The degree offers a blend of compulsory and optional units, providing a firm foundation in economic and political theory and application, along with flexibility to pursue specific interests. Alongside traditional economics topics, students will also study political science, history, and political theory. In the first year, students will study micro and macroeconomics, and gain a broad understanding of politics. Second-year students study the principles of economics and engage in a choice of optional units.
