LLM International Trade Law

The LLM International Trade Law course offered by Swansea University is specifically designed for graduates interested in specializing in international trade law. This course relies on the theoretical and practical aspects of International Trade Law, aiming to enhance students' understanding of the challenges facing the world at the trade-law interface.Course Content: This course will cover various areas such as sales contracts, credit and security, jurisdiction and dispute resolution in international contracts, carriage of goods, and more. Issues covered will involve aspects of the law relating to (1) the establishment of the multinational corporation and its governance and operation, (2) finance/banking and (3) intellectual property rights.
